Copper sun was a good heartfelt book.
It’s about this African girl Amari, and her tribe got raided.
All her family got killed, even her little brother.
Amari and the rest of her tribe are made slaves and are sold at the slave auction in town.
I recommend everyone to get a chance to read this book.
Can’t tell you what happens at the end, u got to read the book yourself.

Isn't it amazing how an author can turn a story from history into a work of fiction that attracts teenagers to read? You are correct, the book does tug at your heart. I appreciate the time you spent reading and working on your project.
